Extended day care is offered as a service to working parents who need care for their children beyond school hours. On no occasion are children to be dropped off without being signed in.

Day care is available before school from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM and after school from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Day care ends promptly at 6:00 and all children are to be picked up by or before then. In case of emergency, and you cannot be here by that time, arrangements must be made to have someone else pick up your child. Any child remaining after hours will be charged $1.00 per minute. Repeated late pick-up may result in a drop of day care services.

Notes:

• When figuring multi-child discounts, the “first child” is the oldest child in our system with the exception of an infant in infant care, in which case the infant is considered the “first child.”
• The second and any additional children are half price for day care.
• Use of morning and afternoon day care includes use on Martin Luther King’s Birthday, Veteran’s Day, Teacher In-services and Conferences, and ACSI Convention Days. It does not include Christmas and Easter vacations.
• Day Care is not available on the following days: Labor Day, December 25 through January 2, President’s Day and Memorial Day.
• A small additional fee may be applied on holidays for those who only use part time day care. See your principal for details.
• There will be a charge of $1.00 per minute for any students who are picked up after 6:00 p.m..
